Hojali Tragedy in History Works and Its Reflection in Musical Culture

Baku Musical Academy BMA named  after  Uzeyir  Hadjibeyli “ Verbal  Traditional Azerbaijan  Professional Music  and its  New  Directions  Analysis Organology  and Acoustics” scientific –researches  laboratory together with Baku  State University  History Faculty - initiative  and arrangement,  prepared  on 23-rd  of February in 2022  Scientific Session dedicated to Hojali Tragedy anniversary  on the theme “   Hojali Tragedy Display in History Works   and Music  Culture “ which was held in BSU\ Baku State  University \ assembly hall .

Thus  ,  opening this scientific session  the    dean  of BSU\ of Baku State University \History faculty  , Doctor  of History Sciences , Professor  Ibrahim Zeynalov,  said  about Hojaly  tragedy anniversary commemoration  ,  as it is held each year,  in accordance with given by our honorable  President  Mr. Ilham Aliyev   on 28 th of January  orders. Ibrahim Zeynalov specially noted amicable links and mutual collaboration with BMA   and wished its further continuous cooperation.

Executing  moderator functions   in   scientific session , BSU  History faculty Scientific  Researches  and Works ,Deputy of the Dean  , Doctor of Philosophy  on History  Sciences , the Professor assistant  Kamala Najafova,  shared very interesting  thoughts and   represented  them to the participants.

And also history faculty prepared “\Garabag Azerbaijandir.\-Garabakh is Azerbaijan!  Glorious Epopee.” named   monography and gifted it to   scientific laboratory.

Session   next   lecturer,   the Head of BMA scientific – researches laboratory Doctor of Philosophy on Arts Sciences, the Professor Assistant Nurida Ismayil-zade at the beginning of her entrance speech reminded, that this session is arranged for the second time.

Nurida Ismayil-zade, guided by history facts and mainly archive materials, appeared with very interesting speech called “Azerbaijan Music Values as Armenian Plagiarism Target”.

At the end  of the  speech  laboratory  scientific  worker Nigar Bayramova  recited with great zeal Zalimhan Yagub’s poetry “ Hojalim, ay Hojalim “  and acquired all sitting in the salon auditory  into her inward .

 “Hojali  Genocide Tragedy : Reasons , Means of Provision into Life , and  the Results “  lecture on the theme  represented by BSU-  Azerbaijan   History department \ for  humanitarian faculties \   Professor Assistant , Doctor of Philosophy  on History   Sciences  Boran Aziz .He, in his  thorough lecture told about  366 regiment  actions in Hojali city  ,  while the tragedy , to eliminate people  in this territories  , with purpose  to achieve  an aim to enlarge   its territorial area, and in common, approved this tragedy as global humanitarian tragedy  .

In accordance and grounded upon explored materials and facts, noted to keep it in memory for future generations forever.

 B.M.A.\ Baku Musical Academy \  scientific  - researches  laboratory   big scientific   researcher,  Doctor of Philosophy on Arts  Sciences  Mehpara Rzayeva in her  speech appearance under the heading “ Hojali tragedy  in  Composer’s  Creative Activity “  took into consideration and indicated not only the list   of only  Azerbaijan  composers creations, but also  foreign  and Russian  composers creations  and represented    to the listeners our contemporary   composer  Rufat Ramazanov creation  called the “Vow” written  for organ and voice\ vocal\  ,consisted from photo materials with film slides  technique.

Also represented new written monography, connected with composer’s life and creative activity to Baku State University colleagues.

Under the “Tragic Nature Theme in Azerbaijan Musical Culture. “  headings  theme report- Rufat Ramazanov , the leading  scientific worker and  the member  of Azerbaijan Republic  Composers Union Administrative Council, informed about new  creations , films, staging performances and even  new genres  appearance  during 30 years.

 In his speech appearance called  “National Leader Heydar Aliyev  Proper Merits in Hojali  Genocide  Announcement  to   the  World Community” , Doctor of  History -  Nuru Mamedov, BSU\ Baku State University\ Azerbaijan History\ humanitarian faculty \ department  professor  in his speech appearance , emphasized our genius  national leader Heydar Aliyev   significant role in  taking history decisions  during years. Telling about this proper and steadfast politics achieved by honorable by President Mr. Ilham Aliyev has emphasized taking the vengeance exactly in this 44 days war.

         After  the speech   appearance   the Peoples artist , the Professor, laboratory principal    scientific worker  Ramiz Kuliyev represented\ performed\ V. Adigozalov’s “ Carnation “ romance in accompany with  symphony orchestra .This performance was demonstrated on video record.

By his speech appearance  called “Inflicted  by  Armenian Plagiarism    Western Azerbaijanian  Yallies”  BMA’s Scientific – researches laboratory leading  scientific worker, Philosophy doctor   on Arts sciences  Rauf Bahmanli , emphasized  some  special peculiarities of Western Azerbaijanian Yallies  .

Thus, Rauf muallim in his speech appearance informed, that   he collected, 42\ forty two\ forgotten     Yerivan Yallies, into systematic notation and returned \revived \ them into life.

“Goychali  Ashiq Najaf’s Story about Events Happened in 1918  ” on such named theme  BMA – Scientific – researches  laboratory  leading  scientific worker , Doctor of Philosophy  on Arts sciencies, AMK- \ Azerbaijan National Music   Conservatory tr. com. \- professor assistant , ashik  Mubariz Aliyev performed and  declared some verses and accompanied them with saz , from   Ashig Alasker’s pupil - Goychali  ashiq Najaf Dashkendi’s   dastan - about Armenian invaders ruthless  liquidation  actions .

At the end of this scientific session, Kamala Najafova   said her sincere heart words and turned her appeal to this session participants, colleagues and   pupils,   emphasizing the importance of such scientific sessions and expressed them her appreciation. At the same time Nurida Ismayil-zade  also  at the end of  this session represented prepared  altogether by  scientific  laboratory   articles  collection  to History  Faculty  Professors and   teacher’s   board  representation and wished such scientific  sessions, conferences , and   such  format meetings , actions provision  implementation would have continued  character.
